Inaccuracies
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
If we are unable to contact you in a reasonable time (fifteen minutes), we will place your order on hold for up to eight (8) hours.
If you are unable to provide us with corrected information, the order is marked as completed with a notice of said issue, and a credit issued to your account so you can re-order the property.
If you contact us within the eight (8) hours hold time and provide corrected information and request your photos same day, you will be required to add a $15.00 Rush Order fee.
INCORRECT LOCK BOX:
If we are unable to contact you in a reasonable time (fifteen minutes), your order will be marked as completed with a notice of said issue, NO CREDITS ARE ISSUED to your account.
Before reordering, be sure you have corrected information. We highly suggest you confirm all lock box codes have not been changes by service contractors etc. before placing your order.
