Inclement Weather Policy

If at any time due to inclement weather, our staff feels they are placing themselves or others in harm's way or in any other unsafe situation, they ought not and will not fulfill orders until said unsafe situations have been resolved.

During snow emergencies or any other natural disaster, not all secondary roads can be cleared of snow or debris. This may result in a longer response time in receiving you orders.

If at any time our customers feel they are able to fulfill the order themselves in such conditions, the customer will be credited a full refund for the order in which we were unable to fulfill.
